Our website host may also process limited technical information, such as browser or device information, IP address, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising tools.
2. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, explore partnerships, coordinate volunteers and program participation, share requested Prism Community news and resources, improve our services, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. How Information Is Shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or support communications, only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the organization, or the integrity of our services.

4. Giving and External Links
Online contributions are completed through Zeffy or, for donors who prefer it, Givelify. A2theThird, Inc. does not collect or store payment-card information through this website. Zeffy, Givelify, and linked social platforms maintain their own privacy practices, which apply when you visit those services.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our website forms are intended for adults. A parent, guardian, educator, or other authorized adult must submit inquiries concerning a young person’s participation. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms. If we learn that such information was submitted without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6. Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate organizational records, or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; however, no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
